Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

As our products are carefully designed stationery items, we only accept returns or replacements under specific circumstances.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.

Return Request Requirements

To process your request, please provide:

  • A complete parcel opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
  • Clear images showing the issue (if requested).
  • Your Order ID.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Minor colour variations caused by screen settings
  • Used or damaged products after delivery

Replacement Process

Once your request is verified:

  • A replacement product will be shipped.
  • If the item is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
